Developed a series of object around the theme of obsolescence to be presented at New York Design week in conjunction with Wanted Design and had the opportunity to outsource manufactured parts.  

Sight Unseen Presents External Partnership
Developed a line of ceramic drinkware to be presented at New York Design Week as a part of Sight Unseen Presents.

Digital Crafting Basics and Digital Crafting 2.0.
Mastered use of digital tools including Rhino, 3D Printing, and Laser Cutting to create a 3D object. Using various metals I fabricated my pieces using different sheet metal and casting processes.

Prototyping and Advanced Furniture Making
Learned various methods of prototyping, building, engineering and finishing to create completed pieces of furniture.

Design Sketching, Ideation, and Illustration
Learned and practiced ideating, sketching and rendering designed objects to solve a specific problem.

Mold Making
Learned how to use alginate, oomoo, mulage, and plaster in mold making.

CNC Milling 
Learned how to correctly execute a 3D modeled object into various materials on the CNC machine. I have used 2 axis and 3 axis milling processes along with flip mills. As for materials, I have used pink foam and MDF for prototyping, to various hardwoods as finished materials.

Styled and organized the West Elm store to create a cohesive and logical flow. 

Office assistant at IK Design Inc. (Summer 2016-2017)

• Completed various tasks at an architectural woodworking company:

• Programming and running the CNC machine.

• Sanding and finishing on various hardwoods.

• Created two websites for the company: a portfolio and an online store. 

• Professionally photographed the company’s merchandise for the website.

• Handled office communication and organized project files and architectural drawings.
